Have you ever wondered of how fast that your new site or blog could be crawled by the Google bots or spiders to be listed into their index in their search engine? I have found out that some of my sites could be indexed pretty quickly, and some of them just take months to show results.
I have heard the number of inbound links to your website could assist in this process greatly. This would be made especially true if the links direct traffic from the link provider’s site to your new site. Well, indexing in the search engine is always an important aspect to me as I rely heavily on the search engine marketing rather than paying hundred and thousands for other methods that is available on the internet.

I have realized that the updating of the Pagerank by Google had became more frequent as compared to last year. There had been a huge update on February 2008 and to my surprise, there had been another recently, which was reflected somewhere in the mid of April 2008 (2 weeks ago).
This had impacted tremendously my online income as my recent PR 5 blog had been demoted to only a PR 3 (God knows for what reason). This had resulted to the potential of advertising blogging decreasing in value, thus my opportunities and payment per posting had also been affected. I do hope that the next update would not come so soon as I had realized that PR updates had affected more sites to drop in PR rather than it being on the increasing trend.

I had been trying my very best to purchase more quad premium LLLL.com. However, as I progress throughout these weeks, I have realized that the average pricing of the quad premiums on the increasing trend. This had posed a problem and also an advantage to myself.
The problem is that I would not be able to buy more quad premiums soon as the premium to be paid is getting tougher by the day. However, the increasing trend of the pricing of these types of domains would benefit me for the previous portfolio of quad premium LLLL.coms by profiting from the margin of the buying price and the current pricing that each and every single quad premium LLLL.com domains that I own.
Perhaps I would be looking into the LLL.com (triple lettered .com domains) soon by liquidating the lesser premium LLLL.coms.

There has been an increasing trend in the quad premium 4 letter .com domains. Previously, I could have got a great and pronouncable quad premium domains at the price of USD450 to USD600. However, of late, I have been trying so hard to get the pronouncable ones at that price, but to no avail.
The norm pricing for the pronouncable LLLL.com with quad premium letters would be somewhere around USD700 to even a whopping USD1000. It is quickly affecting my affordability. However, there is an advantage for me too as I am holding 16 quad premiums that are riding on the increasing pricing trend. If the trend of these types of domains continue on a hike, perhaps in 2-3 years down the line, one quad premium domain could be well worth USD3000 to USD4000. I am keeping my fingers crossed

Sedo is by far one of the best places to sell your domains especially when it is already a fact that they have one of the most visited number of domainers and end users to their site daily. This company originates from Germany where they feature a great interface. Apart from that, their system is user friendly and fairly easy to use that could also suit the new comers and domainers to their internet website.
There are a few things about Sedo. One of them would be the intermediary fees of 10% charge on the price of your selling domain. I would not say that this fee is on the high side, neither am I saying that it is low. If you compare to TDNAM who only charges 5%, a 10% on fees would look like a huge sum. However, I have came across other domains marketplace that even charges 20% of your sale price for that matters! They have a great support system whereby if a sale is being transacted, you would be briefed by their staff on what to do to conclude the transaction.

There are many ways for you to market off your domains if you find that you need to liquidate some of your domains in your portfolio. Now, there are many reasons where one might decide to do so. There are those who liquidate to pay for the renewal fees for other domains, those who liquidate because they are in shortage of cash in the physical world and also those who liquidate as the see that the market for a certain type of domains to be bleak.
Amongst the methods that you could use to sell off your domains would be the forums, being the most conservative. Of course, you would need to maintain a good portfolio in a particular forum for others to trust you to pay you before you push the respective domain that you are selling. Apart from that, you can choose auction and domains marketplace such as the Sedo, TDNAM, Afternic and many others to name a few. The downside of listing your domains for sale in marketplaces such as these is that you need to pay some fees upon a sale of your domain.

With the minimum resale price for the triple letter .com domains being at least $6,000 per domain, it has raised the prices for the triple lettered domains for other extensions as well.
For instance, the minimum resale price for the LLL.net would be at $825, the LLL.info for $130, the LLL.org at $300, the LLL.biz at $55 and the LLL.is at $45. This is because of the fact that if a small company could not afford the expensive LLL.com, the only option that they have it to resolve to the other extensions or the LLLX.com whereby the X could be “O” for online. The beauty of the domains investment is that many companies that uses acronyms for their company name who needs to establish an online presence would know that if their company name is taken, they would have to purchase it from another person’s hands as the domain names are all unique and there are no 2 of the same names on the same extension that exists on the internet.

I have been researching and puchasing many of the quad letter .com domains and I cannot deny that it had made me some lucrative income. There has always been a trend that prices for a type of domains would soar if they are all fully registered from the registrars. We have seen that happened for the quad lettered .com domains since 2nd November 2007. You would be surprised that all over 400k LLLL.com domains are fully registered by both resellers and end users.
Now, there had been a triple and quadruple times of increment in prices for the LLLL.coms after 5 months since the extinction of them in the registrars. Just imagine if you hold more than a thousand of these names? Would that be some smart money that you have made? Lets do a simple math. A total investment of USD7000 would make you at least USD35,000 now. That is an instant USD28,000 in profit in just a short period of 5 months. What type of investment would earn you that much?

When we have learned so much of how lucrative the domains investment would be, this would be the time where I would like to share a bit on my strategy. As always, strategies are only meant to try out and this would not always be the correct decision to make. However, the strategies that I have planned out was all carefully researched for the best hypothesis from an analysis.
All that I have invested in the domains business would be the short domains. There are a few reasons of why I have specifically chosen the short domains is because these types of domains are usually the brandable and easiest to remember. Of course, I would go for the .com extension as this would be the mother of all extensions. A short .com domain which is pronouncable (of course, not the Klingon type of language) would be the best investment. However, the 3 letter .com which has been branded to be one of the most pricey besides the 1 and 2 lettered domains which is very rare, would be the best choice.

He probably feels that since he has to release it somehow, he chose that particular time. Human beings are known not to control themselves very well hence he cannot help but to release some of his affection for me in various ways, and every now and then. So the following day when he is sober, he realizes once again that he cannot be with me hence he withdraws. I guess then I cannot blame him for appearing to be two different people in front of me, he is probably very much in pain, and very much afraid. As for me, I am afraid too, but life is already short enough for me as it is that I simply do not have the time to ponder over this. This is the thing about humans and we soon have to learn to live with it, or hate it.
This would be the end of my love story, all about me.
